Consistently good service 1/4/2012

Besides needing an oil change I had an annoying squeal from the front brakes. Considering the age of the car and the type of driving expected, Jack recommended to replace the pads only. A more extensive repair was not required and would have been much more expensive. more

Concourse has friendly, honest folks with reliable service. They get the work done on time and if they discover things that are unexpected that they think should be taken care of while your vehicle is there, they always give you a call and inform you. more

Almost perfect 1/3/2012

Folks-I really appreciate the concern for a possible warranty. The repairs seem perfect and it was done on time. The drivers floor matt was so grimy that I had to shampoo it to get it back to normal. There were also grease prints all over my fender. I worked in a Midas growing up and know those small things are easy to avoid. All in all, it was fine and I will be back. All the best - Scott more

2001 Honda Odyssey diagnostics 12/31/2011

As a small businessman myself, I understand the importance of customer loyalty and how easy it is for customers to go someplace else. I found out about a program that will help us significantly right now through another shop simply because I needed to shop around and try and find a better price. I like your service, but if you know something that can help your customer, tell them about it. It does help build brand loyalty. more

We've been Concourse customers for over 15 years and a number of vehicles. Prices are reasonable, no gouging involved, suggestions made if there are alternative solutions. Have recommended Concourse to friends and will continue to do so. Only suggestion - bring back some Saturday hours. more

Diagnostics Dead On 12/24/2011

Brought in two vehicles for diagnostics. Concourse Techs nailed both problems dead on. I changed the recommended parts and solved the problems. Would recommend Concourse for any diagnostic work. I will be back. Thanks Guys!! Also, work was accomplished BEFORE promised date/time. more

Excellent Advice 12/20/2011

The Folks at Concourse gave us great guidance. We took my neice's liberty in because it was pulling at high speeds. After a thorough test and inspection, Joe told that there were no broken parts but that the car definately exhibited the 'death drift' common in Jeeps. He explained how many issues he found with the model and helped us decide to trade in the car. Solid help - Thanks Joe more

I went to Concourse for an oil change and trip check. Also asked to have a noise from the right front of my truck checked out. Jack and his entire staff were outstanding in finishing the work quickly as well as estimating the cost to fix the noise they diagnosed to be a strut problem and whether the strut issue would be a danger if I did not get it fixed right away. I couldn't ask for better service!!!! more

State Inspection and maintenance due 12/8/2011

Easy to get an appointment. I requested a state inspection and asked them to check for a noise I heard and also an oil and filter change. 26,000 maintenance. Everyone was courteous and they informed of charges for a repair if necessary. It was not like other places where it's rush, rush, rush. I will continue having my car serviced there. Thanks. more
