Always great 9/15/2011

I'm almost afraid to take my car to the dealership for it's oil change but hey, it was a deal ($39.95 for 4 oil changes). However, just like a dealership, they always seem to find "extra" things to have done. Needless to say, I thank them and immediately call Councourse because I can rest assurred that I'll get seen almost immediately, get better service for much less! Thanks to everyone there! excellent service 9/13/2011

I had to have my lexus towed to the repair shop and needed it fixed ASAP. Jack and the team at Concourse did a great job of getting me back on the road and a fair price. I have only used this facility in the past for minor repairs and oil changes but they did a very good job for me on this occasion. I only wish they would work on my BMW so I could have both cars serviced at the same location. more

Alinement 9/9/2011

Dropped off the Lexus this morning for an alinement check and alinement if needed. They were able to get me out in about an hour. The bill was slightly more than I expected and when pointed out they quickly and without question reduced to cost by $20.00. Take your car here, you will not be disappointed. Good people and good service. more

Great Car Service 9/8/2011

Was in the early this week and needed a oil change and inspection. Asked if I could wait and was no problem. They have WIFI access so I caught up on emails while waiting. Car was done in about and hour and great service and price as usual. more

I've had to get my car serviced a couple of times for different reasons. At Concourse Auto they are always friendly, they make you feel welcome and at ease. 2nd time not a charm 9/1/2011

I have been to Concourse Auto twice, the first time around 4/11 was to recharge my A/C and it went pretty smoothly and still working to this day. The 2nd time i brought my truck in, 7/11, to have my front brakes to be replaced I brought the truck in around 8:00 in the morning and the lady at the desk said it should be finished in a few hours. I waited until around 3:00, 7 hours later, and when i called they said they couldn't get to it. I went to the shop to pick up my truck, they pulled it out front and after i voiced my displeasure in a calm voice about losing a day of work, they walked away without an apology or even saying anything. If they would have called earlier to tell me this, i probably wouldn't had to take another day off to get this done, seeing it was so late in the day, i couldn't get anyone else to fix my truck. I have been in my own business for 30 years and have never treated a customer like this and will not deal with any company that does. Even a apology would have better than nothing, which i never received. more

Concourse is a great place to take your car for repairs. They get you in and out very fast with a great waiting room. Their repairs are excellent work and their prices are lower than any one else I have used. I highly recomment them!!! more

Concourse Auto Service Center is the place to take your car. They are fast, friendly and conviently located on Northwest Hwy. But above all, their work is excellent with prices that beat their competitors!! Each time I have gone I am surprised by the quotes and actual charges as well as how quick they get me in and out.
