I have been to Concourse Auto twice, the first time around 4/11 was to recharge my A/C and it went pretty smoothly and still working to this day. The 2nd time i brought my truck in, 7/11, to have my front brakes to be replaced I brought the truck in around 8:00 in the morning and the lady at the desk said it should be finished in a few hours. I waited until around 3:00, 7 hours later, and when i called they said they couldn't get to it. I went to the shop to pick up my truck, they pulled it out front and after i voiced my displeasure in a calm voice about losing a day of work, they walked away without an apology or even saying anything. If they would have called earlier to tell me this, i probably wouldn't had to take another day off to get this done, seeing it was so late in the day, i couldn't get anyone else to fix my truck. I have been in my own business for 30 years and have never treated a customer like this and will not deal with any company that does. Even a apology would have better than nothing, which i never received.
