Absolutey one of the best! Great service, very professional, it is a pleasure to have had Northend Home Heating install and service our heater. We had a problem with our furnace Sat. 1/14/12 (the first snow in Seattle). We called Doug and he set up an appointment that day, we thought we would have to wait until Monday. He then called and said he would be arriving an hour earlier, (what a concept). The problem was quickly fixed, not the furnace at all but the wire connection to the thermostat. As other reviews have said, do yourself a favor and call Northend Home Heating. Thanks to Doug we had a warm weekend.
