Joe L drew out the design for me multiple times until it was exactly what I wanted. He talked to me throughout the entire process, which really helped to distract me and put me at ease. My tattoo is beautiful and even though it is in the peeling stage I still get compliments on it! I would recommend Pens & Needles to everyone, and especially Joe L. I may be going back in the near future!
