We had just recently moved to the Colorado Springs area, and I had wanted to get my nipples pierced. After searching for the "right place," we found Pens & Needles to be the best. Clean from the second you walk in the door, to the awesome vibe the place sets. The staff being incredibly helpful and friendly... and also extremely professional. I was able to get an appointment not quite a week after I first came in, so the wait wasn't bad at all. I was slightly nervous about getting my nipples pierced(being a woman) in the first place, but the gent who pierced them was great.He was friendly, but not overly friendly in a way that made me feel uncomfortable at all, professional, making sure to sanitize everything, and show me what he was doing/using. The piercings were over before I knew it. I was cleaned up, given explicit instructions on keeping them clean at home, what to do and what not to do and when I should come back when they're healed to check out new jewelery that I could put in. I was given a sheet explaining everything and that had work number and the shop number in case anything arose. I haven't even had a hint of an infection, and they are perfect... besides the occasional pain of bumping into things : p I would recommend Pens & Needles to anyone wanting a piercing. My personal experience there was amazing and I would definitely go back in a heart-beat.
