Review content:
This is really far west in Wellington; I live in central West Palm Beach and it took forever to get there! I wanted to try this place because I used to like going to the Cinema and Cafe on 10th Ave. when I was in college plus it was showing a movie I REALLY wanted to watch and it wasn't playing in the large theaters anymore. That's the thing about this place: it runs older movies. The other thing going for them is that you get to eat a full meal while watching the movie.
The downside about this place (other than the distance) is that it's old; the tables were wobbley and everything felt sticky--the stickiness you feel when the humidity and chemical cleaners break down the wood finish. I also went several years ago before the "no smoking" law so I was able to smell people across the way smoking, but I'm pretty sure this is one of the establishments that don't allow smoking anymore so it shouldn't be a problem now.
