Review content:
I've been a member of Harbor since I moved to Bay Ridge about 6 years ago. The staff and clientele are very friendly and welcoming. I've made many friends here. The facility offers a wide range of strength and cardio equipment as well as group fitness and personal training services. I've utilized the personal training services in the past and found the trainers to be very professional and helpful in helping me reach my fitness goals. I absolutely love the group fitness programs. I typically attend approx 6 classes per week. They offer a wide variety of classes from spin, boot camp, sculpting, and fight club to Pilates and yoga. The instructors all kick butt and you never walk out feeling as if you didn't work out to your max. They offer babysitting services for those looking to sneak in a workout without having to hire or find a sitter. There is also free towel service, women/men's locker rooms with daily lockers and shower facilities. There is someone constantly cleaning too which is nice because I tend to get grossed out easily. It's not an issue at all the Harbor clubs. The membership fees are reasonable considering you get towel service and do not pay extra to attend group fitness.
