We needed a dental practice today for my son who had to deal with a painful tooth and needed an extraction. Both my son and I have bad our share of bad experiences, and as a result, he's usually reluctant, reserved and fearful, as for me...I am skeptic. Family Dental was an amazing experience from the moment we walked in. The front desk girl was terrific, not only personable and kind, but was genuine which is refreshing, she took the time to assure me, between her and Dr. Kwon each & every step was informative and explained in a comprehensive manner, and surprisingly enough, it went so well that I found myself worry free, as I am usually worried in other places Dr. Kwon must be the sweetest Dr. I have ever met, he is extremely professional in his approach but he demonstrates exceptional kindness...he is so sweet you might even get a tooth ache from him...lol!! The overall experience somehow restored my confidence, there is no other place I would recommend so highly! I am grateful we have FINALLY found our dentist and our family dental center! Thank you Family Dental, sweet girl at the front desk and of course, Dr. Kwon...See you all soon! Linda
