First off, let me just say, MOVING IS A NIGHTMARE. Which is why I decided to hire a moving company. I spent alot of time researching companies, getting prices, etc. I must have called 6 moving companies in the area before coming across Two Guys and a Truck (who I had mistaken for Two Men and a Truck, which I did contact and had a horrible experience with that joke of a company). Anyway, after speaking with the sales staff at Two Guys and a Truck, I was put at ease that everything would be fine. The price I was quoted was reasonable and fair ($100 for 2 guys). They did require a 3 hour minimum, which I was fine with paying because I figured it would take as long and the time started when they got to my apartment, and I just felt comfortable with the idea of moving after talking with them. On the day of the move, I was told the movers would arrive between 8-9am. They were here at 8:15am, dressed professionally, well spoken, and ready to work. Paper work was read to me, got signed and they were off and moving my 2 bedroom apartment (which was on the 3rd floor) with a quickness that I didn't think was possible that early in the morning (I was still working on my first cup of coffee). They broke down my bed and entertainment center, which I didn't expect them to do but was glad that they did, and shrink wrapped and padded my furniture, another service that I was very pleased that they offered. Amazingly, they had my entire apartment loaded, from a 3rd floor, in 2 1/2 hours. I was moving literally cross the street, so the drive time wasn't an issue at all, and they had all of items offloaded in 1 1/2 hours. I was speechless. A move which would have taken me all day I am sure, was completed in 4 hours, which is actually less than the sales rep told me (he quoted me 5 hours). I am still totally happy with the magnificent moving experience that Two Guys and a Truck provided me. I will DEFINITELY be calling them again when I move, and will be referring them to EVERYONE I know. If you can, request Scotty B. and Taylor, as they were exceptionally amazing with their knowledge and skill of moving. I REPEAT, CALL THEM FOR YOUR MOVE. Don't be had by a company that isn't professional in all aspects. You will not be disappointed.
