I have visited Columbine on a number of occasions, and after reading some of these other reviews, I felt I should include my own. They are very busy and cannot always accomodate walk-ins. The front desk personnel know the schedules and don't need to refer to them when they know they are booked. The lobby is often empty, because everyone is enjoying what Columbine has to offer! I have always been offered ice water or wine, I have used the sauna, hot tub, and steam shower numerous times. However, it's understandable, if you don't book one of the two steam showers when you make your appointment, it may not be available. But I have always found that if I let the staff know I want the shower room following a massage, it's booked at the same time as the massage, with whatever aromatherapy I choose. It's always ready as soon as my massage is over. Have very few clocks I find comforting, then I don't worry about time. I can just relax and enjoy my experience. I cannot wait for them to open the facility - I'm sure it will be better than ever!
