I can not say more strongly how the people at Independent Volvo took care of me. My husband is deployed and with two small children, car repair is a stressful idea for me. Not the case w/Indep. Volvo! They bent over backwards to do everything they could to ease my stress and make the process convenient. They tried to take my car to the people who I have a contract with for an alignment to save me $$ and when those people couldn't have my car ready for me until Monday (a whole weekend w/no car yikes) Indpendent Volvo did the alignment for me on the house. They also drove my car essentially to my house for me. Needless to say I will never take my car anywhere else! This kind of customer care is amazing and on top of it all the cost for the work (even w/out the gratis alignment) was significantly less than I'd pay the dealership. If you want a caring mechanic who goes beyond the call of duty this is your shop! Thanks Indep Volvo!
