Our sales person seemed well informed and was able to answer our questions. We picked out a Yamaha Vino 125 scooter. We waited a long time to get into the finance office (even though there wasnt anyone in the office with the woman). I couldnt test drive the scooter because I didnt have a motorcycle endorsement on my license. They said it was store policy. I repeatedly asked if I needed a motorcycle endorsement to drive the scooter on my own and the sales person said "no, because you cant take it on the highway" I go to register my scooter and guess what?!? You DO need a motorcycle endorsement for any scooter over 50CC!! Now on top of registering the scooter I need $14 to take the written test, take a driving test and pay to get a new license! I wouldnt mind doing these things if I would have known about them before hand. The sales person was either clueless or lying, neither are good options!
