Do NOT take your vehicle here for service. I took my ATV in for a valve job, it took them a week and they charged me four times more money than originally quoted. When I finally got the ATV back it had a severe oil leak. I called them the day I picked it up and they wanted to charge me an extra $99 to look at the problem THEY created. I took it to a different dealer in town and found the Grand Prix mechanic forgot to put sealant around the spark plug hole and over torqued the head bolts which damaged my head. The manager at Grand Prix denied everything and even falsified the invoice to reflect a service that wouldn't require removal of the head cover. Bottom line: mistakes happen, it's how you correct them that matters. GRAND PRIX LIES AND DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. Read other reviews, I'm not the only one that has been screwed by their service department. Most of their work is probably decent quality, but when things do go wrong you will be on your own. You never win when you deal with a dishonest company and these people are the worst. more

Very impressed with the interaction with Sage. She is very professional and worked hard to ensure the proper financing on the vehicle. She kept me informed every step of the way and was great at explaining all details of the transaction. Employees of Grand Prix are all very approachable and friendly. Great experience!!! more

I just made my first motorcycle purchase through Grand Prix this past summer and thought I would put in a good word for a great group of guys. Two weeks after my last purchase ('06 TTR230), my salesman called me up to see how I liked it and asked if I would be interested in joining them for a fun day of trail riding up at Rampart. How often does something like that happen--with a salesman? Thanks for the great experience, guys, and all of the riding tips for a beginner like myself. more

About a month ago I decided that I wanted a bike. I knew very little about the new sports bike.Just what I have read on the net and in magazines. I went in and I was jumped on by a sales man . Ok Thats ok told him I was just looking. He just kept following me around . I walked upstairs and was told they were all used bike, they were so many bikes up there that most seemed lik they were new. Another person asked if I had any question and he was just in a tee shirt I could not even tell if he worked there. I walked back down stairs. Again I was asked by yet another sales person wow three people in about 10 mins. I finally found a bike I was giving a price , then they wanted my name , phone number and said he would give me numbers. I said fine but thought it could not hurt.Came back and the number I was told was different and then they put all these fees and crap over $1000 more. The lady finace person came out and she was sayng all this stuff think just to hear herself. Said I wanted to pay cash and she just kept says I should finace it. I asked if there was any programs or discounts if they did my service there. She told me all this stuff it made my head spin. I asked the cost and she said she could not give that to me before I purchsed it. I said I was going home to think about it . So I left, went down to Fay Meyers and they had the same bike there it was over $2500 cheaper. There was no pressure to buy. I decided to buy from Fay Meyers. The sales person from GPMS called me three times in two days and the lady finace called me two times . Told them I bought from Fay Meyers and they wanted to know how much . I told them and they said that They could have done that , Why didnt they just give me a fair price first. I am very dissappointed in how they handled themself and the whole thing, I could tell every one DONT buy from GPMS they are a ripe off and talk fast so you dont understand what you doing just to confuse you. If you want a great place to buy a motorcycle GO to FAY MEYERS . They respect you there. Cheers more

I came to look at options for my first motorcycle. Chad assisted me and answered all my questions and was a great help. I didn't find what I wanted in your stock but he checked in with me regularly to let me know if they had anything new etc. He helped me do some test rides to see how bikes fit. In the end I found what I wanted from a private seller and even after that Chad checked up with me to make sure things were good. As a result I bought my riding gear from you and plan to bring my new bike to you for servicing. more

I've had my Yamaha FJR worked on three different times here and all three times were a good experience. They did a good job and the price was fair. Turn around time is good. Their shop is immaculately clean. Service is helpful and friendly. The accessories, etc shop is what you'd expect for a dealer - a little overpriced, but not more than any other dealer. Their facility is large and very nice. The recently started selling guns and ammo in the same location (but separate), which is a really weird combo in my opinion. more
