I have been a fan of LUSH products for over 10 years now. Back in those days I had to stock up when I went to England. By stocking up I mean filling every available space in my luggage with highly scented bath bombs, soaps, shampoos and goodies. I would then carefully ration the products, so I wouldn't run out too long before I could return. Imagine my delight when I moved to Boston and LUSH opened a store on Newbury Street! Walking in that store, or even walking past it, is like heaven to me. The products are quite highly scented and just smell great. Inside the store are jars of coffee beans you can sniff when you get sensory overload. The selection of products at LUSH varies widely, with traditional bath bombs, to fresh skin care and cosmetics that have to be refrigerated. My favorite products are bath bombs, small bath that you drop in your bath water that fizz, scent, and sometimes color the water. They are just gorgeous. There are seasonally available products too, which are not to be missed. These are limited edition bombs, soaps, and products only available during the holidays. The only problem is getting absolutely addicted to a product which is unavailable soon after. The store is laid out well, ingredients of each product are clearly listed, as are prices. The ingredients are all food grade products, but don't eat the soap! The staff is cheerful and friendly, and very helpful when you need help. While prices are somewhat on the expensive side, the value is very good. (Little tip-You can split the bath bombs in half and only use one half at a time!) All in all, it's just a great store and a great experience. Check it out.
