My wife and I had not purchased a vehicle in over 15 years and we were horrifed at the thought of going into the dealership and at the ripe old age of 77 to buy a vehicle. Upon arrival at Beaman we were greeted promptly by Sterling Gallien. He quickly made us feel at ease by telling us how easy it was to do business and that there was no pressure to buy a car today. His objective was to provide all the information that we required to make the best possible decision. We also worked with Patrick who demonstrated the vechicle and took us on a test drive. After getting behind the wheel and experiencing all that the 2012 Camry has to offer, the decision the purchase was obvious. I told Sterling that we still had to consult with our son before we made a final decision. They respected our wishes and we came back the next morning and purchased the Camry.
