I recently had a very bad ant problem in my kitchen and I was referred to Knockout by a neighbor. The gentlemen who came were very polite and respectful. They did a fabulous job and even went so far as to caulk tiny spaces where ants were coming in from the outside. We talked about other pest issues that I experience throughout the year. I eventually purchased an annual pest protection program, which came with a discount, and even my neighbor Joyce got a discount herself for referring Knockout to me. I’m not un-savvy when it comes to computers. I know about consumer websites like Citysearch, so I thought I would say something nice about Knockout. I was amazed by a couple of negative comments about Knockout. There seems to be only two that appear multiple times. One of them is a second hand review, people telling him stories about bad experiences with Knockout, but no direct dealings with them himself. That takes chutzpah. The audacity for that man to give a review when he never dealt with Knockout. When you read that review, he actually says “I was going to use this company based on her recommendation.” If her experience was bad, why did she recommend Knockout? This is why I think it is so important to say something nice about a company when you have a good experience. It is too easy these days for someone to go on the internet these days to attempt to destroy a good companies name and reputation for no good reason. I also called the company, Knockout to let them know what a wonderful job their employees did at my home.
