Review content:
This is the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in. It is EXTREMELY expensive and you do not get what you pay for. The appliances do not work properly (even though they were new when I moved in) and after many maintenance visits the issues with the appliances have never been fixed (in 2 years of living here). The apartments look nice on the surface but the materials are poor quality and the workmanship is also poor. There is a BIG NOISE PROBLEM! You can hear everything through the walls and even if you make multiple complaints about your noisy neighbors the management will never do anything about it. There is also a large amount of noise from drunken idiots that go to the restaurants on the property and after months of complaints the management staff has still not done anything to remedy the situation. The parking garage is also very poorly designed and is extremely dangerous. Although security seems to be good at first glance, unauthorized cars routinely follow people through the gait and main doors into the building remain unlocked or broken. All in all you should not pay this amount of money to have all these problems and to have the management staff treat you rudely when you approach them about all the problems with their property.
