ONE OF THEIR BROKERS ACTUALLY FORGOT TO EXECUTE A SELL ORDER I CALLED IN AND TRIED TO DENY THAT I CALLED IT IN. HE ACTUALLY ADMITTED TO TALKING TO ME ON THE PHONE BUT CLAIMED HE COULDN'T REMEMBER WHY I CALLED. I ASSURE YOU I DON'T MAKE HABIT OF CALLING MY BROKER TO SEE HOW LIFE IS GOING. I ONLY LOST A VERY SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY BUT IT WAS THE PRINCIPLE OF THE MATTER. MY BROKER ACTUALLY YELLED AT ME ON THE PHONE SO I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT AND ENDED UP IN A MUCH HAPPIER PLACE. THEIR COMMISSIONS ARE VERY HIGH AND I NOW PAY HALF THAT AMOUNT WITH MY CURRENT BROKER.
