My boyfriend is a vegetarian and I'm an omnivore, so finding places that suit us both and it's real expensive can be a challenge. Enter Taj Palace! They have great vegetarian dishes as well as foods for carnivores (me me me). Their curry-smothred cheese (forgot the name) is awesome.
The staff there is so sweet, too. I took my grandpa & they gave us wine, salad and dessert free-of-charge. It was his first time eating Indian food and he loved it, but was bowled over by the kindness and awesome service!
I just don't like bufets anywhere, to be fair. I think they nasty and you don't know who just sneezed on whatever, so no thanks to the buffet but yes yes yes to the menu items!
Pros: Great off-menu items.
Cons: The buffet just sits there and is gross!
