My wife and I are currently in Afghanistan but will be coming home soon. I have been searching for weeks for a Spa Package to give her on Valentine’s Day in which she can use when she returns. However, shopping while overseas is no easy task unless you are dealing with Hiatus Spa! First let me start by saying that Kristin provided a level of customer service that I thought no longer existed in customer service oriented businesses. I do not know Kristin nor have I used Hiatus Spa yet but I can assure you when I return home I will be there as often as possible. I contacted several Spas in the area looking for information and assistance regarding treatments and packages but did not receive responses from most of them for several days. Kristin contacted me within in hours of my initial email and in less than two days she had sent me all the information I needed and put together an awesome spa package for my wife. Kristen also designed a customized gift certificate for my wife so that I would have something to give her for Valentine’s Day while we are still here in Afghanistan. While I have not used the services at Hiatus Spa and have not met Kristin, I can truly say that my experience so far has been one of unprecedented customer service. You can tell that Kristin genuinely cares about her customers and if all the other staff (which I am sure they do) cares as much as she does then I know that Hiatus Spa will be a place that we will continue to visit on a regular basis. I was so pleased with the level of customer service I received and the extra effort that Kristin provided by going above and beyond that I decided to purchase a membership package for my family. I cannot wait to get home and visit Hiatus Spa and enjoy some peace and relaxation with my wife and kids!
