We started in the janitorial services last July, 2010. I had done some training and received some certification in hard-surface and carpet cleaning, but they didn’t teach us the way the janitorial services actually worked! We were certified to clean, but still didn’t really know how to get started with clients. They never showed us anything like the walk-through, that lets you get experience with customers. These other agencies just gave us a contract, said “This is yours,” and then didn’t support us anymore. I came to TJA to learn more about the services I can now give to customers. I would not have the ideas I have and would not be able to service customers without you guys.
