Good: Nothing. Bad: Everything. Improvements: Fire current management and hire professional, knowledgeable staff. Other: THE ONLY REASON WHY THIS PLACE GOT ONE STAR IS BECAUSE YOU CAN'T PUT NEGATIVE STARS...I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE. IRENE BROWN (PROPERTY MANAGER) IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE. SHE HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE ANY SITUATION. THEY LOSE PEOPLES RENT WHICH MAKES ME THINK THEY ARE STEALING IT. IF YOU LIVE HERE, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KEEP ALL YOUR RECEIPTS. I DON'T TRUST ANYONE AT THE OFFICE. NOTHING IN THE SO CALLED EXECUTIVE BUSINESS CENTER WORKS.
