Harbor Grove Apartments

Don't move here. They're wasting / stealing your $$$. Amenities such as the golf simulator are locked up. Bowling alley doesn't work. Business center is a joke. No printer. Gates access lmao. The rail is broken and people can sneak in behind you. 4am the entrance gate is open. Pretty much saying to anyone COME ON IN. Mgmt / leasing office sucks. They're never any help. more

I've been living at Harbor Grove for about a year, and the only reason why I may consider renewing my lease is because we are in a process of finding a home and we want to at least stay in a apartment for at least 2 years. I feel that the staff are very unproffesional and not wanting to do anything to help. All they do is sit in the office( well thats what I see). They arent willing to help with anything. I feel if im spending rent and rent being on time every month, a little bit of friendly customer service should be an automatic. You guys need better staffing and need to bring back the guy with the dreads who asisted me in getting the apartment bc you guys SUCK!!! I would never refer anyone to live there. I give all the credit to the maintience workers, they are always there to help and have great customer service which is more expected from your workers in the office. Ill give one star to the maintience workers. more

Good: Nothing. Bad: Everything. Improvements: Fire current management and hire professional, knowledgeable staff. Other: THE ONLY REASON WHY THIS PLACE GOT ONE STAR IS BECAUSE YOU CAN'T PUT NEGATIVE STARS...I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE. IRENE BROWN (PROPERTY MANAGER) IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE. SHE HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE ANY SITUATION. THEY LOSE PEOPLES RENT WHICH MAKES ME THINK THEY ARE STEALING IT. IF YOU LIVE HERE, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KEEP ALL YOUR RECEIPTS. I DON'T TRUST ANYONE AT THE OFFICE. NOTHING IN THE SO CALLED EXECUTIVE BUSINESS CENTER WORKS. more
