Hot water heater wasn't working right so I called a few places to see what they charge and the lowest priced quote came from Mike Stern Plumbing in Granada Hills. The plumber they sent out was a few minutes late, which was fine, when he got there, he said the problem with the water heater was a mineral buildup and after scraping that off, it's been working fine and I don't need to replace anything - great service, saved me lots of money.
