I was looking all over Studio City, Sherman Oaks area to find a last minute bikini wax. Half of the places I called, there was no answer, the other half couldn't work with me. When I called Belle Visage, they put me on hold for a few seconds and came back to tell me they could take me in the afternoon. When I asked if there was anyway I could come in earlier, they said unfortunately I would have to be there in less than 5 minutes (luckily I was close!). I got there about 8 minutes later and Michelle took me in and, though in a hurry, wanted to make sure I was happy with everything before needing to shove me off for her next scheduled appointment.
I will definitely go back when I can make an appointment and not have to squeeze myself in. Great people!!!
