I have been a client of one of the nurses at this facility for years I called the front desk requesting this nurse by name they said she was available and I made my appointment with her, so I thought. I came in for my appointment on the specified day and time and when the nurse came out to take me back for my appointment there was the other nurse that I have never seen before I asked where the nurse was that I usually see and they said she is no longer there. I asked why when I booked why didn't they tell me that she wasn't there any longer? She said oh we have the same name. I know for a fact that this nurse that was standing before me had a different name, and there she stands before me wearing a name tag with the old nurses name on it. WOW. I have heard of bait and switch but this sets a new record. They are supplying MEDICAL treatments and are deceiving people about who patients will be seeing. Needless to say I will not be going back and I will be telling everyone I can about this unethical situation
