Up until yesterday I had been very happy with the service provided by Redmond European. Unfortunately, I brought my car in yesterday to have some work done. Their staff called me to let me know what needed to be fixed and when I asked what the total would be to fix the problem, I was quoted $140. Great, I said, fix it!!!
Upon picking up the car and paying for the services, my husband noticed the bill was MUCH larger than anticipated. Apparently when I asked what the total would be to fix the problem, they only quoted the parts not the labor/service fees which were an additional $220!!! When they quoted, they didn't once say "This is only for parts" or "This doesn't include labor" just a straight "it will be $140".
Needless to say, I felt very taken advantage of and felt they had been very deceitful. I called and spoke with the manager Justin today and he had little to no remorse for the situation, even after I made sure it was clear we would NEVER be bringing our vehicles back there and I'd be writing this review. It's a shame because we have two European cars and have been satisfied with their service before. However, we will no longer be using their services and I don't recommend anyone else use them either.
