I came to Marie because I was getting ready for a triathalon. Sometimes I take my body to the very edge and have injured myself on several occassions because I didn't stretch enough. She put more perspective into what I am trying to accomplish. Since I started seeing her 6 months ago she has given me a competitve edge on my competition. I see her once a week until I am a month out to a triatholn then I see her twice a week. Thanks Marie for your expertise and words of encouragement!
Pros: it is beautiful & relaxing
