Review content:
After spending $300 to be criticized by my stylist, I have no glowing reviews. In fact, my experience was deplorable. I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes early, sat in my stylist's chair and when asked what I wanted I said,"Blonde, lighter or darker, than what I have now, it doesn't matter. Just something that will cover up my grey roots." Off in a panic my stylist went and came back and said, "OK, when you call in, you need to do a better job at explaining to the receptionist what you want." I knew I had two hours and scheduled a full color and a cut. I explained this to my stylist, but somehow she thought I wanted lowlights and highlights. I STILL HAVE GREY ROOTS. During my appointment, I was quiet and patient, and even told the stylist that I could just do the color or cut and could even wait between her clients or leave and come back. I said this only because she made me feel as though I was a HUGE inconvience. Annoyed she said "NO" and continued with the lowlights and highlights that I never asked for in the first place. During my appointment my stylist reminded me three times that my appointment was going to cut into her manicure and pedicure she had scheduled two hours after my appointment. So, in the end, I paid $300 to feel worthless. I still have grey roots and platinum blonde highlights and unflattering lowlights that make me look like a 2002 Christina Agulera video. Needless to say, I was pleasant, I gave tips, I even took the upsale for shampoo and conditioner that leaves my hair too oily. I told my stylist that the brand she gave me leaves my hair oily, but it was pushed anyway. 1 for GLOW 0 for me. $300 down the drain!!!!!!!!!! Oh...and i wasn't even asked if I wanted a glass of water or a coffee. But I was told that I didn't make the right appointment and reminded that my presence was an inconvience. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. AND I STILL HAVE GREY HAIR
