I've been to the Dakota Grill twice. I went on my birthday, which happened to be on Mardi Gras this year and I have also dined at the bar by myself. On my birthday I went with two of my girlfriends. The restaurant was quite packed because they were having a special deal where you get a mardi gras admission ticket and a $20 food certificate for only $30. Although our waiter was very busy, he was still attentive to our needs and helped us to have a very fun experience. We started off with a delicious appetizer, the artichoke spinach dip. It was the best artichoke spinach dip I've ever had. One of my friends got the peppercorn crusted ahi salad and it was great! For dinner I got one of the specials, a stuffed halibut! If they have this when you go there, you should definitely try it. We were much to full to try anything for dessert, unfortunately. The other restaurant highlight is that they have wine flights, which is always a fun way to sample new wines!
