This was the most horrible restaurant experience I've ever had. We made reservations for 8. Upon arrival, there was a loooonnnngggg wait to get service. Once seated, we re-ordered our drinks repeatedly because they weren't brought. The appetizer we ordered never showed up (but was on our bill). Our dinner took forever to arrive, and once it came they said two people in our group didn't order dinner (but they did) so they didn't get dinner. Our bill was completely wrong - we were charged for things we didn't order. When we complained to the manager about our experience, he said "I'm sorry" but did not offer anything in compensation. It was the worst customer service I've received.
