Review content:
The Lake City Way location in the Maple Leaf neighborhood has split from the larger restaurant downtown and the owner is there to greet you, take the orders and make sure everything is exactly as you would like it. This was our first visit and regulars kept flowing in. Owner seemed to know everyone and many were greeted with hugs. Tasty and interesting drinks and food was fresh and authentic. Felt I could have been in the owner's kitchen with his mother doing all of the cooking. The room is small, but festive. The kind of place we hope will be around a long time.
Pros: delicious, friendly owner, festive
Cons: tiny place
