Wow, I am soo disappointed in this place, a friend of mine had her wedding cake made here about 5 years ago. She had made a great review for me and my fiancee to try and get our wedding cake made there. So we made a trip out there and was not impressed that the first thing we see is the 'new owner' talking to a customer quite rudely and no one barely greeted us. Then when we said that we had an appointment at 3:30 p.m. we barely get a response, but just to go to the table and look at the books. So after we started looking at the book, we actually 'thought' the owner/chef would come out and talk to us or even one of the girls behind the counters give us some cake samples, atleast, we decided that this place was pretty bad. We just sat there waiting to see if anyone would say anything to us, but even when we decided to get up and leave, we had no one acknowledge us or ask us if we had any questions. Of course not, I should have known now that the ownership has changed and it seems that there are two new younger, quite cocky owners, you would have had to expect the changes. I'm clearly going to make every newly engaged about to get married couple not waste their time here, go somewhere else where there is even a tad better customer service like Sweet Dreams, Room for Desserts down the street from them, instead.
