Since I moved to Baltimore four years ago, I used a vet recommended by a friend for my dog and two cats. But when my 13-year-old dog has a seizure in the middle of the night, Falls Road was the only choice. And it turned out to be the right one, though ultimately my much-loved dog had to be put to sleep. The staff, from the techs to desk staff to the vets, were responsive, kind, and ready to answer any and all questions. When I went to visit my dog and started sobbing over her condition, the vet on duty noticed, quickly finished what he was doing and came over to talk to me and my husband. We got knowledgeable care, responsiveness, and, most of all, compassion from everyone there. They have issues--really busy being the biggest one--but I have decided to switch the care of my two cats to this facility.
