I just wanted to write to express how glad we are that we chose to purchase a vehicle from your dealership. Mike was such a great salesman to deal with. We have been to several other dealers before this, and none have given us the treatment we had with you on Saturday. Everyone we delt with at your dealership was extrememly friendly and pleasant to be around. Mike Sindoni did everything to make sure we were choosing the right vehicle. We did not feel pressured at all, which is a big plus for us. We love our Explorer. And we are still getting great service from Mike in the days afterward, getting our plates and registration squared away. He even went above and beyond on a personal level. I recieved a phone call this morning saying that he had gotten a Pittsburg Steelers hat from a Toyota meeting, and he had taken notice that my husband is a Steelers nut. You don't get personal treatment like that anywhere else.
