When we told their staff we had already had initial tests done at another OB-GYN , they would not let us see a doctor unless we agreed to do all of the initial tests again at their clinic and self-pay for it since our insurance would not do the same tests two days in a row. She would let us see the doctor for a couple minutes but they "might charge us" for the right to speak to him about our problem. Their front desk knew when they scheduled our appt that we were meeting other possible clinics and said nothing about requiring all testing be done at their facility (otherwise the other clinic was nice and we could've opted to hold off on the tests). She was pretty rude about it. We won't be back.
