We reside in Northern California and were unable to locate an X5 with our equipment and color preferences. We visited nearly every dealership in the San Francisco Bay Area and became very discouraged. We did an internet search within a 100, then 200 then 300 mile radius in an attempt to locate a vehicle. Beverly Hills had a few X5 4.8i's that matched our preferences but 316 miles seemed extremely far to go. So very glad we did make the trip. Not only did we find exactly what we were looking for but the friendly and professional customer service we received made the purchase even sweeter. Charles was absolutely wonderful and very thorough in explaining all service and maintenance programs available and took the time to show us how to operate all the equipment in the car. Pauline handled the financing and warranty paperwork. She was very pleasant, professional, and patient with us. We couln't have asked for a better experience. We will defini tely recommend family, friends, and work associates to BMW of Beverly Hills. We will definitely be repeat customers. The drive was well worth it. Thank you!
