Wow, I thought all my tree problems were over. Bill did a fantastic job of cutting trees down, removing them, and clean up of tree debris.
Tree stump removal was also included in the price. Well, this part of the job has not been finished. It's been 2 months now and I still have huge tree roots in my front yard near my driveway and front poarch that were not ground down. Not only is this area useless to me now, it is very unsightly to me and my neighbors.
And what makes this worse is that I have paid Bill for all of this work, including the stump removal.
I have talked to Bill by phone and he said he'd get back and finish this job. That was a month ago. I have not seen him or heard a word from him. My front yard is still a mess.
OK Bill, where are you and your stump grinders. I need my yard finished. You've been paid in full. Now finish the job. Call me, 919-880-1381.
Pros: Fast service at a fare price.
Cons: Did not finish the job which Bill was as paid in full to do. Stump and root grinding needs to be finished.
