This is my 2nd CPO SM BMW purchase - what can you offer me if I come back again in the future for my 3rd? *After taking ownership Alfredo Medino told me he was new to SMBMW and still learning. This blew me away because I wanted to suggest to management that he was working below his means and should be promoted - I will easily come back to SMBMW for my 3rd purchase if Alfredo is still there and he will work with me again....this goes for Ben as well!!
