Good: The caring of the staff and doctors.. Bad: The fact that I was ripped off more than once as a customer of over 15 years. I would find these charges on the bill that didn't belong. If I questioned it, I was always the one in the wrong. He (Dr. Fred), would run tests that we had agreed not to run at this time, and then the charges would be on the bill. Also, having left this practice now, I found a medication he sold me for my cat's ears that had expired two months before he sold it to me! And, his prices ARE NOT low. He is one of the highest.. Improvements: Fair charges, and not finding things wrong in the normal yearly exam to have an excuse to run tests that turn out to be negative every time.. Other: He had a way of finding these small things, then making me very afraid with all the possibilities, then getting me to agree to lots of labs and tests. They always seemed to turn out showing nothing wrong. This happened many times! But I kept thinking he was a good vet and kept coming back because of history. Bad mistake!.
