Review content:
I've only seen Judy Melchiore (PA). She's great! Very kind and caring. However, the front desk is cold and rude. If you need to speak with someone behind the front desk, you get voice mail and then your call is not returned. I called Diana Wolfe, referral coordinator, 2 days ago concerning a referral and never received a return call. Thankfully, American Radiology agreed to call them directly as a result of my lack of success.
The lab: Waiting room full. People standing. 3 staffers behind desk eating and did not acknowledge my presence as I stood at the window. All of a sudden, they started seeing patients and then it went quickly. Apparently, we all had to wait for them to finish their breakfast!
