Okay, so their Monday special - baked seasoned chicken with lentil rice - is the BEST THING I'VE EVER TASTED!!!! The mother-son team does an amazing job running their little spot tucked away off of Fountain View near Westheimer. The food is totally homemade and it definitely comes through. Definitely one of my top lunch spots in Houston. Also worth trying the shawarma and falafel sandwiches. Pros: Daily specials, juciest chicken in town. Cons: Not open for dinner :( more

Unquestionably the Best Hummus and Felafel in Houston 12/28/2007

This place is awesome. The food and service is outstanding. Mama Adel (the owner's mom) cooks Lebanese food from scratch daily. They have shawarmas and kibbeh to die for, as well as typical American fare (clubs, burgers, etc). With so many Middle Eastern choices in Houston, this place really stands on it's own. The flavors here are unbeatable! Pros: Fast Lunch, You get to avoid the lunch time parking lot at Westheimer and Fountainview more
