The doctor wrote us a prescription for bifocals, but did not say anything to us that they were needed. We did not find out that the glasses had bifocals until after they were picked up. When I went in to speak with the doctor about it, he would not see me. I had to work through someone in his office, and they were not very helpful or apologetic for their error. This was a horrible lack of communication.
