CC Greenery is great for offering sales on flowers, as you can see from their sign out front. It is a nice sized greenery offering a huge variety of plants and flowers. Their prices are a bit high though.
I wanted to order a dozen roses for my girlfriend (now wife) several years ago, and they quoted me at like $75 for a dozen roses ... and it wasn't near a holiday, so that was their "standard pricing."
Other than prices, their selection is unmatched, and the store has a really nice environment. If you have a few extra dollars to spend on some nice flowers and plants, I recommend this place.
