Anyone who has grown up around these parts, will undoubtedly, at one point mention Senape's and their famous Pitza. It is basically pizza that you eat cold, made with ingredients that will not spoil, and is unlike anything you will ever taste in your lifetime. It is baked fresh on the premises daily, and once you try it, you will be addicted to it. They sell it in all the local deli's here, as well as grocery stores, and local taverns. It is synonymous with hazleton, good food, and a great all around snack/meal/pantry staple.
