the vets at pets friend are ALL great, they are extremely thorough, and every time I call for any question (which is a lot) they always call me back that day. they do a lot of exams, though, and that kind of stinks. but my cat seems to be in great care when we go in to see them. they all seem to be huge animal lovers!
