The owner is very nice. BUT!! my carpets were not really clean.
The man they sent to do the carpets was also very nice and they sent him back the next day to try to get them cleaner.
I JUST really feel it wasnt as good as a water type cleaning and with in 1 month the dirt was seeping up from the bottom.
Also he did not do a good job at all on our carpeted stairs
never again..
