This past week a few of us went to see a move at this theater and the sound was awful. First it was muffled then it would get real loud, then skip. Then become muffled again and then loud again.
We watched the whole movie in this way. It was very distracting.
When the movie was over I went to customer service to notify them of the problem and they gave us all a free movie pass. Evidently, they had a number of complaints already and knew about the problem.
Everything is great about this theater except they don't let you bring your own food inside.
