Ryan's is one of the several buffets that they have in Tyler. When we first moved here this is the only one that I used to eat at. I thought it was the best until I tried Golden Corral.
Ryan's does have a great selection but at times I have found their food to be cold and not up to my standards. I also noticed that if you don't go during a rush hour the food could be sitting out for a while.
My friends and I would go here for lunch and eat only junk food cause it was the best. The have great desserts. Though I don't think lunch is as good as dinner is here, it is cheaper of course.
The prices are definitely comparable to other buffets in town. You just have to choose which one you like the best.
